GIRLS’ FLAG · A PATH OF ITS OWN60 MIN
Girls’ Flag Football Development
Own your game.
Build throwing, catching, route-running and defensive skills in a girls-focused football environment. Practice reading space, making decisions and competing with purpose. Each athlete receives individual feedback, a clear development priority and an understandable progress update.
Build passing, catching, routes, flag pulling and football understanding. Learn to create space, defend it and become a more dependable teammate through purposeful practice and appropriately matched challenges.
Develop footwork, alignment, timing and decisions on offense and defense. For athletes moving from flag toward tackle and experienced players refining their game. The D1 launch is noncontact: no live tackling, takedowns or contact blocking.
Learn and refine running, controlled stopping, balance and coordination. Purposeful coaching and engaging challenges build movement skills that athletes can use across sports. Experience and readiness guide the starting point.
Apply movement fundamentals to acceleration, changes of direction and reactions. Practice moving with control at greater speed, with individual feedback and challenges matched to readiness.
Planned billing: first charge on your first reserved service date; monthly on that anniversary thereafter. No October tuition, separate assessment fee or enrollment fee. Complete requires two suitable recurring places for the same athlete. Memberships are per athlete. D1 strength and conditioning, private lessons, team fees and merchandise are separate. Final dates, cancellation terms and renewal authorization will appear before payment.
MEET JULIAN TUCKER
A life in football. A teacher of the game.
Quarterback and wide receiver coach. Former defensive assistant at Northwestern University, with an earlier internship at the University of San Diego.
Julian played safety and wide receiver at the University of South Dakota. His teaching connects an offensive player’s perspective with a defensive coach’s understanding.
Dual Threat began with an ambition beyond gameday: connect athletic development with education, mentorship and ownership. Choose a goal, understand the task, practice with purpose and own the next step.
DTU is an independent training program. Roles, introductions and scholarships are not guaranteed.
Start with the Development membership and one suitable weekly class. Choose Complete only when two classes fit your athlete’s readiness and your family’s schedule. A paid assessment or sales call is not required.
Is this a team, league or D1 membership?
DTU provides independent football instruction. These memberships do not include league games, team selection, D1 strength and conditioning or a D1 membership. DTU’s focus is position skills and understanding the game.
Can beginners and experienced athletes both join?
Yes, when a suitable group is available. Placement considers experience, readiness and the athletes in the actual class. Request placement help if you are unsure; no tryout or scholarship promise is part of the inquiry.
What does girls’ flag include?
A girls-focused football development pathway covering throwing, catching, route-running, defense and decisions. It is skill instruction, not a league registration. Beginners are welcome in a suitable group.
Are all sessions 60 minutes?
Yes. Every listed class fits a 60-minute window. The indoor launch is noncontact: no live tackling, takedowns or contact blocking.
Is a spot held when I submit this form?
No. The form saves your adult inquiry and preferences. It does not reserve a place or take payment. Enrollment is still closed while the final timetable and setup are completed.
When will I pay, and what happens in a five-week month?
The proposed membership starts billing on the first reserved service date and renews monthly on that anniversary. Each fifth scheduled occurrence is included. You will see the actual dates, closures, makeup rules and cancellation terms before agreeing to pay.
Can charter or homeschool funds be used?
Ask about your school’s authorization process. Funding is not automatic: the school must approve DTU, the service, instructor and student authorization. Do not upload school documents or pay privately on the assumption of reimbursement.
Ambition belongs here. Beginners do too. We ask athletes to participate safely, show respect, respond to coaching and practice with purpose. Placement follows experience, readiness and the actual group—not a promise of a scholarship.
